With several categories of memberships available, the private, members-only Harbour Town Yacht Club presents a unique means to take pleasure from association.

Equity Membership is ownership of an equal, undivided interest in the real estate and personal property that comprises Harbour Town Yacht Club. The owner may be an individual, individuals, a husband and wife jointly, a corporation, a partnership, a trust, or any other legal entity. The maximum number of Equity Memberships available in Harbour Town Yacht Club is 338.

Yacht/Boat Slip Membership refers to the owner of a specific boat slip in Harbour Town Yacht Basin. . The owner may be a person, persons, corporation partnership, or other legal entity. Yacht Membership includes a non-exclusive easement to use Harbour Town Yacht Club facilities. If slip ownership is transferred or sold by Member, Yacht Membership must also be conveyed.

Social Membership refers to a membership category which permits the use of Harbour Town Yacht Club facilities under a terminable, non-exclusive license. Social Memberships are non-transferable and non-assignable. Social Members may terminate their memberships at any time. The maximum number of Social Memberships is 100.
